The co-authored article by Dr. Éva Lukács Gellérné, the topic of which is the conflict of the indexation of family benefits with EU law, has been published in the Kapocs magazine. The article’s objectives are twofold. On the one hand, it presents the path at the end of which the European Court of Justice took a firm position on the violation of EU law. On the other hand, it also examines the follow-up of the judgement in Austria, namely what measures have been taken to ensure that families who suffered a violation of their rights are remedied, whether they have received the differential amounts that would have been due to them but were not paid due to the indexation.
