On March 6, 2025, Dr. Éva Gellérné Lukács received her habilitation certificate at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE). The diploma was presented during the ceremonial inauguration by László Borhy, Rector of ELTE.

The habilitation process began in April 2024, when Dr. Éva Gellérné Lukács submitted her habilitation thesis, titled "The EU Law Rules on Health Insurance and Their Application in Hungarian Law." The monograph was published as an independent professional book in December 2024 by Wolters Kluwer Hungary and made available as an electronic publication in the Complex Jogtár Adó Jogtár database.

Dr. Éva Gellérné Lukács delivered her habilitation lecture on December 5, 2024, on the topic "Solidarity versus Individualistic Approach in the Authorization of Cross-Border Healthcare Services in EU Law."
