Professor Balázs Gellér's article titled 'Res iudicata, prosecution and the criminal law of the European Union' was published in a volume collecting the presentations of the conference 'The prosecution in the justice system - 150 years of theoretical and practical experience'. The study volume contains many exciting articles in historical, public law, criminal law and criminological approaches. The editors of the book are Viktor Bérczes and Balázs Szabolcs Gerencsér, the volume was published by Pázmány Press.
