On the 12th of October 2021, a conference titled 'Unfinished Report' will be held in the Great Hall of the Aula Magna of Eötvös Loránd University, where Dr. Gellérné dr. Bronze medal at International criminal law competition

2021. September 29.

 

 

 

The ELTE Law Students' team, prepared by Dr. Bernadett Bárányos, member of our Law Firm, won a bronze medal on September 24-27, 2021. The Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania hosted an International competition in criminal law in Cluj-Napoca, with the participation of 9 faculties.

EU Economic Law

2021. September 25.

 

The book on 'EU Economic Law I.' has been published! The book is edited by Prof. Dr. Miklós Király, Head of Department (ELTE) and one of the authors is our colleague, Dr. Gellérné dr. Éva Lukács PhD. The book provides up-to-date knowledge of EU internal market law, including the free movement of goods, persons, services and capital, and outlines the main features of the EU's common commercial policy.

Niveau Award for Book about Criminal Law

The college textbook in Criminal Law, written by Dr. Gellér Balázs, professor and head of the Criminal Law Department at ELTE ÁJK, and Dr. Ambrus István, senior lecturer for the Criminal Law Department at ELTE ÁJK, was published in 2019 by ELTE Eötvös Kiadó.

The conference for PhD students took place on 11 June 2021 at ELTE University, Faculty of Laws. Our colleage, dr. Zsolt Szabó whose supervisor is Professor Balázs Gellér, took part in the conference and  held  a lecture on informal payments in healthcare.

Dr. Éva Lukács Gellérné has held a presentation on 10 June 2021 at a conference organised by the Hungarian Lawyer's Association (Magyar jogász Egylet).

Hálapénz konferencia

2021. May 21.

 

Sikerrel lezajlott Dr. Gellér Balázs 'Díjazás harmadik személytől – a hálapénz megítélése az egészségügyben?' című előadása a Magyar Jogász Egylet Munkajogi Szakágának szervezésében, 2021. május 20-án.

Az előadáson több, mint 130 érdeklődő vett részt. Az előadáson Dr. Gellér Balázs bemutatta a 2021. január 1-jével hatályba lépő új rendszert, hangsúlyozva, hogy az új szabályok jelentős változást hoztak a hálapénz büntetőjogi megítélésében.

'COVID-19 és büntetőjog' címmel jelent meg az ELTE Eötvös Kiadó gondozásában egy friss tanulmánykötet, amely igen aktuális kérdést, a COVID-19 járvány és a büntetőjog összefüggéseit vizsgálja. 

Irodánk munkatársa, Szabó Zsolt is publikált cikket a kötetben, "A rémhírterjesztés és a közveszéllyel fenyegetés a COVID-19-járvány tükrében, különös tekintettel a két bűncselekmény elhatárolására" címmel.
